And.. (maybe i'm in denial) but i must say a good-bye to our good m8s Pollack and Zeeke - They haven't really been with us for that long but they have made a good contribution to sfx and have been a part of the team. I speak for every-one when i say "we'll miss you guys" ... oh and of-course i'll be seeing you all on trillian okay! :)

Okay, i'm pretty slow with this news but there's finally been a patch to make W:A work with Win2k !! :) ... Make sure you Visit this cl2k thread for the download and lots of info about how to install + some questions/answers about it.

Now, on a much less optimistic note, i have received word from Annelid that there are supposedly some imposters of me on WormNet.   [ lamers! ]

Now, i only go by the name of VahagnSfX. So if you see any-one else with some-other variation of my name it's definately not me! - If this crap persists i will be forced to change my alias, in which case anyone impostering me should be given an ugly flaming (throw in some swear words as well) - To be honest i can't understand the mentallity of the foolish people who think impersonating some-one is clever or funny - The same thing happened to dOgMa, Sikz, and no-doubt quite a few other people and lets face it, Wormers that do that kinda crap are simply idiots without any morals.

And last but not least, i just want to say Rest In Peace Wormtopia.

I want to welcome 2 new members to SfX: Kiyari and Supreme. Welcome guys, and have some fun okay! :)

Now the reasons for letting these 2 in: Couple of weeks ago I met this guy named Kiyari... He told me he was pretty new to worms, but he seemed to have potential in roping... so I tried to help him master the tricks etc.Last couple of weeks I've been training him because I had the same feeling I had with Likwid... he will become a great player! As from now, I feel he's ready to engage battle for us. Go for it m8!

Couple of days ago I met lxlSupremElxl, and I was stunned! My eyes were popping out of my head when i saw him rope, (he's very good!) so I asked him where he was from etc. "I'm from Worms 2", he said, and he was on wormnet for only 2 days. We roped for a while and I just had to ask him in. So here he is :) Welcome my friend, and have some fun with us :)

Now there are a lot of people that say he's an alias... messages have been posted on a lot of forums saying he must be somebody else because nobody can rope this good in just a few days... but he told me he isn't and why he isn't, and I believe him. Case closed.

Secondly I wanna thank Vahagn for letting me post this news! Tx m8!

And last but not least: We are doing great in the cl2k clan league! We have been told many times that we suck now the "elite crew" left... but we are holding the 1st place in the league since the first couple of days! so beat that! :)

grr, i just got word from DarkOne that my post below is completely wrong =/ and here's the thread that discusses it. Now instead of just deleting the incorrect post, i'm going to leave it there as it's my belief that once something is written it shouldn't be removed.. :) -1 ciao.

I'm posting this in respect to the all time good wormer MuNKs who is now in hospital and in a critical condition after a Motor-Cycle accident, i haven't got all the details but we hope he pulls through!

The Shopping Cart is back online! many thx to Annelid for sorting it out so soon! ... now, the only thing that is waiting to be re-implemented are all the previews - they should be avaialable again shortly.

Something important you all need to know is that the Shopping Cart has experienced a slight set-back and there-fore it's going to be down for the next few days (i hope it's only a few) until we can fix up the problem. Sorry to every-one for this inconvenience btw.

Okay, I've gotten ALOT of correspondence via icq and in my email box about all of the stuff that's going on over here at sfx and i'm trying to put it all down into this news post in the right way so you can understand how sfx is working things through.

The most important thing is that we have got some new members! - SFX has never had this many members join within 1 week before so it's quite tough to figure out if it's the right thing to do. At the same time i am very happy to have them all aboard - We welcome HereHeComes, WarGod, volrin, cOol and also Wicked is back! ... all of these guys are great wormers and really nice people to know. For this reason i am really happy to have them all in sfx becuase it will make the game more fun, and imo, that's what it's all about! :)

Now, the second thing (which is equally as important as the first) is that Annelid has finalised the Shopping Cart! He's got it pretty much complete now and he sent me the maps.html page for the cart today. Therefore, i'm uploading it now and hopefully all should work out properly. There are still a few things that we are going to be adding which require some important consideration and time. These includ the rankings + newer maps and some more attention to layout, stuff like that. So, please, bare with us. ( If you have any querries or troubles with the cart you can contact me or annelid through the members page).

That's pretty much all i have to say at the moment, i hope i've made some logical sense and that this news post is well received. :) ... Last thing: thank-you to every-One in sfx. You have all put so much work into this long-lasting Clan - i'm amazed at how it's all coming together again after the shake-up with our older veteran member leaving. It's great to see, and great to be a part of. :)

lol, no that's not all, i almost forgot to mention that i have some important maps that need to posted onto the site and i don't think they have been added to the shopping cart yet, so i will consider adding them here or in the cart tomorrow, so stay tuned for those and thx for reading through all of this.

(err, sheesh. This news post just keeps getting bigger - i decided it was so big that i've had to archive all of last months news posts into it's little home below).
